Payment Plans
Payment plans vary from project to project and these have been specified under each project
currently selling. However, most projects require a 10% booking fee and the balance spread between
the booking date and the completion of the project.

- 15% prior to contract issue
- 15% 1st June 2005
- 15% 1st Dec 2005
- 15% 1st June 2006
- 30% completion which is expected Dec 2006
(40% up front initial payment)
