Dubai's International Media Production Zone (IMPZ) seeks to create a unique cluster environment
for media production companies from across the industry value chain, and from across the world, to
interact and collaborate effectively.
Apart from the industrial and pre-built facilities, IMPZ is creating an extensive residential
element as well. Currently, private developers have acquired 25 of the 36 residential plots that will
form the Lake District . The Master plan ensures there is a significant barrier between the industrial
and residential components, by way of landscaping and lakes. These residential spaces can be utilised
by companies setting up base here for their personnel or, by the wider residential market.

IMPZ is also located on the doorstep of the future Dubailand. Dubailand will be the World’s
largest entertainment development which will consist of 6 themed worlds & comprise over 200
individual projects. Dubailand will employ 300,000 and attract 200,000 visitors a day!
