Run by Pascal and Florence Milliat since 1989, Chez Pascal is a charming French restaurant secreted away on a hilltop above Galley Bay. The classic Lyonnaise cuisine is served on a poolside terrace, the house specialities like rack of lamb and fresh seafood topped off with heavenly desserts that display Pascal's light touch. A hip place that is a favourite hang-out with the yachting crowd during the high-season months. The traditional Italian restaurant specialises in fresh seafood and home-made pasta, and once you've had your fill, you can smoothly move across to the open-air bar and nightclub to experience some high-octane Antiguan nightlife. Harmony Hall Located on an old sugar mill estate on the remote east coast of Antigua, Harmony Hall is a bit off the beaten path, but well worth the effort. Specializing in authentic Mediterranean cuisine complimented by fine Italian wines, if you go for lunch you can also take in the panoramic ocean views. This informal restaurant is great fun and probably the best value in Antigua. Conveniently located on the main drag in English Harbour in what is little more than an oversized West Indian-style 'shack', its eclectic menu and excellent value-for-money make it very popular with locals and the yachting crowd.
